A Common Approach 2002

A Common Approach 2002 represents a groundbreaking initiative in instrumental and vocal teaching, providing teachers with a wealth of expertise at their fingertips.
 
Funded through the Royal College of Music by Leverhulme and led by Richard Hickman, Chief Executive of the Federation of Music Services (FMS), this publication is the result of collaboration between NAME and FMS members. It is a major addition to the literature on instrumental and vocal teaching and is essential reading for parents, headteachers and governors, music service employees and private teachers.
 
The Common Approach comprises a Genereric Booklet plus a range of 9 optional secondary sections covering different instrument families. The families are:
