Both systems are completely open to all site visitors. Please feel free to join in at any point in any discussion. You can answer any of the previous comments on any subject. If you want any document or comments removed simply email the administrator with details. If you want to email any correspondent simply click on their name on the Board or Forum.
User Tip To add a HyperLink to your message you can type in HTML code as follows:
<a href='http://www.mywebsite.org.uk' target='_blank'>My Web Site Name</a>
In the above line only 'My Web Site Name' will be visible on your message and clicking on it will open www.mywebsite.org.uk in a new window.
User Tip For fast input of material, text can be copied directly as a block into the text areas of either the Pin board and Discussion Forum. Simply use the standard copy/paste mouse actions. However, copying directly from Word files (.doc files) may cause odd characters to appear on the Boards and certain types of formating may be lost. To overcome this, first save the Word file (.doc) as a raw text file (.txt) and copy from this .txt file.
The NAME administrator will periodically move any obselete Pin Board documents to the ARCHIVES for back reference. Old Discussion Board documents will be removed from the system and not archived.
